Error description

• When creating a link from a DOORS requirement to an existing CQ
  record, the list of available record types may be restricted to
  those with the OSLC_Links package applied by setting the
  property
  
  com.ibm.rational.cm.web.component.restrict.oslcenabled.types=tru
  e
  
  in the file cqrest.properties
  
  But this filter applies only to the first dialog box offered to
  the users and not to the delegatedUI ("Search record" dialog
  box), where users are still able to select any existing record
  type.
  
  This may be confusing for users and it may also lead to errors
  if a record type not intended for the integration is actually
  selected by the end users.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.1.3.
  The following needs to be added to the cqweb cqSiteConfig.pref
  file in the default and current value sections to cause the
  selection dialog to only contain OSLC enabled record types:
  "appOpt$onlyShowOSLCTypesInSelectionDialog": "yes",
